Happiness from Podcasts

Recently I have been listening to podcasts at work to pass the day away and two in particular have really boosted my happiness levels this week.

Getchen Rubin, an author from New York City, partners with her sister Elizabeth Craft, a TV writer in L.A., to give little life tips and personal experiences to help listeners have a more productive and happy life. The sisters couldn’t be more different, but their insights really help put me in a positive frame of mind.

Jamie Ivey is a wife and mother from Texas. Her podcasts are very laidback with her very humble and successful friends as her guests every week. They talk about family, faith, books, and recipes. They are real and inspiring women that motivate me to do things both big and small in my life.
